Ida Mary Myers was taken home to the Lord on January 18, 2024. She was born on January 24, 1929 in Union, Missouri to parents Harlan and Mary Belle Henderson. She was married 77 years ago to the love of her life, Charles R. Myers. They had five children from this marriage. She was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother. She always put her family first and loved and gave with all of her Christian heart.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Henry Henderson; half brother, Dale Henderson and first grandson, Gary Freeman Jr. She is survived by her loving husband Charles Myers; daughters Mary Jarret, Shirley Sebeniecher (Steve), Charles Myers Jr., Glenna Sue Hurtie and Cindy Blomquist (John); 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 3 half brothers David, Don and Darryl Henderson.

A visitation for Ida will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 4019 - Chapel Hill - Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, KS 66112. Following the visitation will be a funeral services at 2:00 PM at Chapel Hill - Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, KS 66112.
