I have a lot of great memories of spending time with grandpa Jim on the farm and when he would visit Colorado. I remember the tractor pulls and fishing with him. I will never forget being little and just sitting with grandpa up at the barn and he would tell stories and fuss over the chickens. I will always love and miss him.

I have fun memories as a child going to visit my Papa Jim. I loved going in his barn and looking around at all of the things he had, many times he had double or triple of some things. We would sit out in the barn, during family get togethers and have great food. My Papa Jim was a strong and strict man, but you could see the love he had for his family anytime we were around. One of my favorite memories of him, when I was a child he would always give me a little nudge and when I would look up at him he would slip a few dollars in my hand from his coin pouch he always had with him. Most the time we were at a pizza place (he loved some pizza) that had arcade games and I knew he would give me a few more dollars when my parents wouldn’t anymore. 😉 I remember thinking I want one of those coin pouches when I get older, you know the ones that you squeeze open, as a kid I always thought that coin pouch looked like lips. Lol He adored my kids, Lily and Liam! Even when he didn’t feel well, he would come to their birthday parties! I hope he is resting well now. ❤️
