James Howard Henton passed away on January 5, 2026, at the age of 65. He was born on April 18, 1960. James was born in Kansas City, Kansas to Howard and Beverly Henton. James was a beloved son, uncle, great-uncle, spouse and father. He worked in the building trade in home remodeling. He was also a mechanic, as well as a welder. James also served in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Henton; and brothers John and David Henton. He is survived by his mother, Beverly Henton; his nephew Sean Henton; great-nephew Abel Henton; his spouse Mashea Voyles; his two daughters Melody and Maci Henton; two stepchildren Madison Conner and Leonard Conner IV; his two dogs Buddy and Diamond; as well as many beloved friends. His greatest accomplishments in his life were his twin daughters, who absolutely adored him. He was the best son, uncle, spouse, and daddy this family could have ever asked for.
James' Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 18th, 2026, at The Moose Lodge, located at: 6621 Turner Drive Kansas City, Kansas 66111.
