Kristina lived her life as a devoted wife, loving dog mom, and cherished friend and family member. For the last six years, she courageously battled polycystic kidney disease (PKD). Throughout her journey, she became a passionate advocate for raising awareness and sharing knowledge about the disease, hoping to make a difference in the lives of others affected by PKD.
Kristina will be deeply missed for her unforgettable sense of humor, loud and vibrant personality, and unwavering loyalty to the people she loved. She had a gift for making those around her laugh and feel loved. Above all, Kristina was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends, especially when she was able to create special memories and share new experiences with her beloved nephew, Graisen.
Kristina was preceded in death by her father, Eric Hutchens; grandparents, Harold and Sondra Hutchens; and her beloved dogs, Noodles and Beefcake.
She is survived by her mother, Brenda Hutchens; sister, Skiler Foster, and brother-in-law, Stephen Foster; sister, Courtney Pierce; nephew, Graisen Hand; and many other beloved family members, including grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Kristina’s love, laughter, loyalty, and larger-than-life personality will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A Celebration of Life honoring Kristina will take place in October. Details regarding the date, time, and location will be shared at a later date.
