He died March 25, 2026. Kyle graduated from Washington High School in 1969. He was employed by Hallmark in their warehouse and eventually as a tool and dye maker. He retired from Hallmark in his mid-fifties.
He is survived by five siblings: Carole Bozworth, Keith Grigsby (Barbara), Claudia Gilstrap (Michael), Kelly Grigsby (Rhonda), Colleen Holcomb (Murray), Celia Laskowski (David), his sister-in-law Maureen Grigsby and multiple nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kerry Grigsby.
Kyle enjoyed collecting and reselling, his cats, and he was passionate about playing poker.
A visitation will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112 on April 23, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
