Leo Hannon, 88, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016. Leo was born in Kansas City, Kansas to Albert and Mary (Hardy) Hannon. He grew up in the Kansas City, Kansas area and worked 39 years for Owens-Corning Fiberglass before retiring.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 60 years, Doris; and sister, Mary NovoGradac. He leaves behind to cherish his memories, two daughters, Cheryl (Leon) Billings and Susan (Richard) Michalski; five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Luke’s Hospice House, 3516 Summit Street, Kansas City, Missouri, 64111 as a thank you for the excellent care and compassion they showed to Leo and the family.
