When I started at the Federal Reserve in 1978, Lisa was the lead in our department and I always admired that such a pretty girl could be so genuinely sweet to everyone. Through the years, she continued to be the same and the twinkle in her eyes when she smiled forced you to smile back. Chris, I'm so sorry for your loss. Your mother was a wonderful person and much loved by her friends and coworkers.

From my wedding day to girls night out to my daughter's baby shower, Lisa & I shared some memorable moments, all of which she showed how thoughtful, caring and gentle hearted she truly was. Her beautiful smile would instantly make you do the same, she could brighten your darkest moments. As for those she left behind, Chris, my prayers are with you and your family. She will be greatly missed by so many and personally, I am still trying to understand this huge loss, but I know God has bigger plans for Lisa in paradise with Him. Love you Apple!!

I worked with Lisa in the same department at the Federal Reserve for over 15 years before recently retiring. Her kind nature and beautiful heart touched everyone. She was the sunshine in your day and the rainbow after a storm. Her strength and positive attitude during trying times will always remain an inspiration to me. We shared a big hug on my last day at the Fed and vowed to keep in touch...something I will always remember.
I extend my thoughts and prayers to Lisa's son Chris and her family during this very sad time.

Lisa was a perfect friend and co-worker. The "K" in her middle name should stand for kindness. I will always remember our many outings to antique malls, crafts shows and quilt shops. My prayers go out to Chris and her whole family, may God comfort you in this time of sorrow.
