

Nathaniel “Nate” David Folsom, 28, passed away May 28, 2015, surrounded by family at his home in Kansas City, Kansas. A visitation will be held June 5th from 6:00-8:00 PM at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112. A Graveside Service will be Saturday, June 6th at 11:00 AM at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family in care of Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
Nate was preceded in death by his father, John Nisely, Sr. of Altoona, Pennsylvania and great-grandpa, Joseph Mufich. Nate leaves behind to cherish his memory, his grandparents, Ivan & Becky Folsom, Sr. of the home; great-grandma, Sarah Mufich; mother, Samantha & Carl Beebe of Nixa, Missouri; brothers, Ethan Beebe of Nixa, Missouri and John William Nisely, Jr. of Altoona, Pennsylvania; aunts, Tammy & Brian Miller of San Antonio, Texas, Christine L Folsom (Richard Fleig, Sr.) of Kansas City, Kansas; uncles, Ivan & Stacey Folsom, Jr. of Tonganoxie, Kansas; cousins, Haley Miller of Tyler, Texas, Chelsie Miller of Lubbock, Texas, Richard L. Fleig, Jr. of Ellsworth, Kansas, Jessica J. Fleig (Jeremy Hatamaker) and Wyatt Hatamaker of Kansas City, Kansas, Viola M. Folsom & Ivan G. Folsom III of Tonganoxie, Kansas and many more cousins and nephews.
Nate was a 3rd Degree Mason at Westgate Lodge 438 in Kansas City, Kansas. He loved fishing, bowling, playing video games, participating in Special Olympics and loved his family dearly. Nate also lived in South Fort Smith, Arkansas for a couple of years before returning to Kansas City, Kansas.
