Richard C. Kielman, 86, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away August 15, 2015. Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Friday, August 21, 2015 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church at 722 Reynolds in Kansas City, Kansas with the visitation taking place at 9:00-10:00 A.M. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at 701 North 94th Street in Kansas City, Kansas. He was a Korean War Veteran. He worked for the Sheriff's Department and the Kansas City Kansas Police Department. He was also a truant officer, an umpire for 3&2 and worked for Operation Brightside. He was married to Marthetta Kielman for 52 years. Surviving family members: Rich Padgett (Angie), Randy Collins (Tera), extended family, and his life long friends, Mr. & Mrs. M.L. Bell.
