Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 5-6:30 P.M. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 417 Richmond, Kansas City, Kansas. Religious Service will follow at 6:30 P.M. at the Church. Interment will be Monday, December 9, 2013 at 10:00 A.M., at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas.
Her loving survivors include: her husband, Rev. Rickey L. Lawson, Sr.; sons, Brandon Moore-Lawson, Rickey Lawson, Jr., and Byron Lawson; daughters, Kiara Lawson, Amber Knight and Jimmika Lawson; sisters, Cassandra Smith, Greta Wills, Anita Thompson, Constance (Clarence) Banks, Doretha (Mark) Davis and Marcia Mills; one brother, Melvin Moore; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
