Shirley was one of the best people I have known. She became my friend a few years before she became my sister in law and I value our friendship so much. I will miss her. We worked together at several places, shopped together, double dated, raised kids together, and experienced challenges of all sorts. Her health became a serious issue but she dealt with it with great courage and showed how tough she was.

You guys were such a big part of our lives growing up. Then I remember when dad passed at home, Shirley went to the store and loaded us up with food for our family. I wish I could do same. May God help all of you through this.
