STANCIE FRANCES MOLDER, 77, passed away on March 28, 2022, at her home. Stancie lived a life full of love and laughter with her family and many friends. She was born in Jefferson City, Mo on March 9, 1945, and shortly after her family moved to Strawberry Hill in Kansas City, Ks. Stancie was baptized at St. John's Catholic church and practiced her Catholic faith throughout her life.
Stancie's education began at St. John's Catholic school, followed by Central J.H., then graduating from Wyandotte H.S. in 1964. Stancie started her career in Data Entry at Folgers Coffee and continued in that field until she retired from Bank of America. After retiring she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, enjoying their multitude of activities. Some of her favorite things were enjoying dinner in or out with family, always trying new recipes, anything Disney, all animals she interacted with, and scratch off lottery tickets.
Stancie was preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Anna Jarnovich, her sister Anna Mae Stimac and great-grandson Nicholas Hazlett. She is survived by her sister Rosemary Clem, her children Sherry (David) Cook, Shauna Woolley, Allen (Leah) Durrant, Larry (Sabrina) Molder, Danielle (Andre) Molder, Kelly (Angela) Molder, and Lari Ann Molder-Hays, grandchildren John, Matt, Rachel, Shannan, Nick, Amber, Heather (Dustin), and Kevin (Julie), and great-grandchildren Jade, Dustin, Nevaeh, Deshawn, Wyatt, and Dalton.
On Tuesday, April 5, 2022, a visitation with family will be held at 1pm, a Celebration of Life at 2pm, followed by a brief graveside service at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 710 N 94th, KCK.
