Stephen Matthew Neal, 33, of Kansas City, Kansas died February 13, 2014. Visitation will be at 10am followed by funeral services at 11am Tuesday, February 18th at the Highland Park Funeral Home & Crematory located at 3801 State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas; interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens located at 701 North 94th Street in Kansas City, Kansas.

Stephen was born October 11, 1980 in Kansas City, Kansas. Stephen is survived by his parents, Frank and Vicki Neal and Penny and David Webb, his sister Stephanie Neal, his step-brother Sean Linville (Melanie), his grandparents John and Marge Gailey, Beverly Webb, and Jack Neal; his nephews Hayden Nick and Jackson Linville and his niece Maddie Linville, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Stephen was preceded in death by his brother Scott Neal, his grandmother Winona Neal, and his grandfather Jerry Webb.
