Bill was born August 17, 1935 in Basehor, KS. He was in the Army National Guard from 1958-1964. Bill was married to Shirley V. Burke (Mills). He was also a member of Kiwanis.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley V. Burke.
Bill is survived by Michele Bianco (Michael), Patrick Burke (Tricia) & 4 grandchildren: Amanda, Michael, Dakota & Mercedes.
