William Rutledge, 53, of Oakland, CA., passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011. Memorial Service 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home. Inurnment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. William is survived by his mother Ida Rutledge and sister Lisa Rutledge, both of Kansas City, KS. and son Dwayne Meeden of Phoenix, AZ.
