Alex Michael Latta, age 23, passed away April 6, 2019. Alex is preceded in death by his great grandparents Hurschel and Maxine Trowbridge and James and Emily Latta.
Alex grew up in Raytown, Missouri. He loved being outdoors from an early age. He enjoyed fishing, particularly with his Grandpa Gary, and would go any chance he could. Growing up he spent many fun-filled weekends with his Uncle Jake. He always wanted to spend time with his brother Max whom he had a close relationship with. Alex had many lifelong friendships including one with his best friend Yunis.
Alex was a dog lover and had a soft spot for rescue dogs. He was crazy about his dog Caesar.
Alex was a fan of "old skool" music, his love and passion was cultivated through his relationship with his mother, Jill. He especially loved Frank Sinatra and the Beatles. One of his favorite memories was going to the Eric Clapton concert with his Grandpa Gary.
He was definitely an "old soul", he loved wearing his nicest clothes and took pride in it.
Alex truly loved his family and they loved him more than he could ever imagine. His warmth, charm and compassion made an impression on all he met. His easy laugh will be missed by all.
