Amy E. Chastain, 41, Kansas City, Missouri, passed away September 30, 2013. Memorial visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 3, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Chapel, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
Amy is survived by her mother Debra Johnson, husband Thomas Chastain, daughters Lindsay and Ashley Chastain, granddaughter Ava Thomas, mother-in-law Sandy Chastain, sister-in-law Sherry Raffurty, and nephews Michael and Dillon Raffurty. She will be always loved and never forgotten.
