

Andres J. “Henry” Murillo, 69, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away Sunday, February 22, 2004. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 28, 2004 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 7207 Highway 9, Parkville, Missouri 64152 followed by burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Kansas. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m., Friday, February 27 at the McGilley Midtown Chapel where a rosary will be prayed at 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the church.
Andres was born on July 3, 1934, the son of Jesus and Maria Belen (Castaneda) Murillo in Emporia, Kansas. He belonged to many clubs including the Elks of North Kansas City, Knights of Columbus, American Legion, VFW, Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the Teamsters Legion, a member of the Cuisillos Kansas City-St. Joseph Diocese and a Marine Veteran who served in the Korean War. Andres was preceded in death by his parents Jesus and Maria Belen, sister Josephine and husband Mike and his brother John. Survivors include his wife of 44 years Janet, Children: Andy and wife Marcy, Tommy and wife Patty, Robert and wife Debbie, Diane, Duane, Gloria, Paul and wife Donna, Curtis, Adelaide and husband Jeff Reichert, Patrick, Justin and Desirae. Brother Fernando and wife Connie, Sisters: Guadalupe, Candida, Eleanor, Elvira, Theresa, Dolores, Carmen, Mary, and Rosario
17 grandchildren 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
