ANDREW MICHAEL ESPARZA August 5, 1992 ~ January 20, 2020 Andrew Michael Esparza also known as "Porky" to most was born on August 5th, 1992 and died January 20, 2020. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Friday, January 24 at All Saints Catholic Church, 811 Vermont Avenue, Kansas City, KS. Burial will follow on Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be at McGilley Midtown Chapel Thursday, January 23 from 6-8 pm, where the rosary will be prayed at 6:00 pm

Andrew had the biggest personality. He was a type of friend who you can come to with anything and not worry about being judged or frowned upon. He had a big heart and didn't like seeing anyone down. Andrew was a wonderful son, brother, father, uncle, husband and protector to all.

He leaves behind his two children Yareli and Luciano, they are his pride and joy, his whole world. He made his mother proud and found unconditional love in his lovely wife Rebecca. He leaves behind a huge family; grandparents, aunts, uncles, and many cousins who love him dearly and will be greatly missed by all.

I hadn't heard from Andrew since his days at Holy Name. He was one of the sweetest boys, always a respectable young man. We were friends on FB, and caught up for a while. Then, for whatever reason, we weren't. That never stopped me from wondering how he and his kids were, he was often in my prayers.
Andrew, I hope that you've found peace where you are. Fly with the angels, rest well.

Andrew was such a sweet boy when he was in my Kindergarten class at Holy Name. Reading that he was a protector reminded me that he would take care of a little girl in my class that year who was always a little behind. He just always watched over her. I am so sorry that this has happened to you and your family. Rest In Peace Andrew.
