I worked with Ruth for all the years she was at Bayer.  She was a dear friend.  We often ate lunch together.  She would visit me many times during my working career and I always was thankful for her constant ability to uplift me on a bad day. .  There were few times I saw her unhappy.  She was always smiling and appreciative of others.  I was planning on getting together with her soon for old times sake.  I am sure she is looking on all of us with that same smile and thoughtfulness.

So sorry to hear of Ms. Ruth's passing. She was such a joy in my life and especially my dad's.  He loved playing the games with her and of late we loved every time she would come over to Fireside to eat with us. The last time I visited in the her care center she had told me that a week had been added before she could go back to her apartment.  I know she's happier and pain free in her apartment in the sky. My prayers are with you as you deal with your grief in your own ways.
