Audrey Jane Palmer, Santa Rosa, California, died January 23, 2012. She was born in Kansas City, MO July 2, 1914, and was a resident of Leawood, KS for 34 years. She was a member of the Country Club Christian Church and the 50-50 Class. She was a former member of the Milburn Country Club Women’s Golf Assn., a Charter member of the Leawood Country Club and the Leawood Women’s Club. From 1972 to 1982, she was a resident of Kimberling City, MO, a member of the Kimberling Hills Country Club and their Women’s Golf Assn. She returned to the Kansas City area in 1982, where her husband of over 49 years, Lowell V. Palmer, died in 1985. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Ann Kocher, Santa Rosa, CA; her granddaughter, Pamela Jane McGuire, Santa Rosa, CA; her Grandson, Michael Lowell McGuire, Mill Valley, CA; three great-grandchildren, three Great-Great Grandchildren and beloved nieces and nephews. Private graveside services will be January 30 at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. The family suggests Memorial Contributions be made to the Country Club Christian Church, 61st & Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO.
