Barbara was born in Kansas City Missouri to William (Pete) and Edna Parker on September 14th 1940. She grew up and attended school in Raytown Missouri. This is where she was living when she met her one true love Albert Horn. They were married on January 12th 1963, which only took place through a show of patience on her part considering Albert was running late for his own wedding. Her patience paid off though, almost 56 years later they kept their commitment and were together until death was the reason for their parting. Barbara's greatest achievement was being a loving and fierce mother to Timothy, Kevin and Christopher. Grandmother to Brackon, Jeremy, Justin, Alecc and Tabitha; great-grandmother to Kayden.
She loved and was loved more than can ever be expressed in words.... She will be missed...
