Visitation will be Monday, September 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with burial at Mount Moriah Cemetery.
Barbara was born on May 14, 1939, to Orbrey and Agnes (Bodine) Cramer in Sedalia, MO. Her family moved to northeast Kansas City, MO when her father found employment with Missouri Pacific Railroad. She graduated from Northeast High School in 1957.
She worked for the gas company before marrying her husband, Robert. Following their wedding, they set off for an adventure in California where Robert worked for North American Aviation. After several years, they moved back to Kansas City.
Barbara was a lovingly devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert (Bobby), and sister Beverly. She is survived by her sons Michael (Suzanne), Jeffrey (Julia), and John (Diana), her daughter Kathleen (George), and nine blessed grandchildren, and two blessed great-grandchildren.
