Betty was born on September 12, 1934 in St. Louis, Missouri to Charles and Reba Dickie. She grew up in Columbia, Missouri and was a graduate of Columbia College. Betty was active in the Catholic Church, VFW Post 846 Ladies Auxiliary, and Sunshine Club.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents and sister Barbara Gregg. She is survived by her husband Robert, with whom she most recently celebrated 63 years of marriage. Children Robert (Pam) Masterson, Charles (Pam) Masterson, Betsy (Darrell) Schupp and David (Kim) Masterson, 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and countless other family members and friends. Betty held her family close and loved them most. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th from 10:00-11:00am, with Funeral Service at 11:00am at Church of the Holy Cross, 9311 West 93rd Street, Overland Park, Kansas.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Olathe Health Hospice House in Betty’s memory.
