Beverly passed away on July 9, 2022 at her home in Kansas City surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held 11:00 Thursday, July 14, at Newcomer’s Floral Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00. Beverly graduated from Northeast High School in 1948 where she met and married the love of her life, Bill Layton. After 5,073 days since Bill’s passing, they are together again. Family was everything to Beverly and her sole purpose in life.
She leaves behind two daughters, Connie Hafley and husband Dan, Cindy Cleary and husband Dave; three grandchildren, Cara Porter and husband Shawn, Anthony Halloran and wife Marlei, Ashley Wiggins and husband Jake; four great grandchildren, Lilly and William Porter, Monty Wiggins and Rogue Halloran, many nieces, nephews and friends. She will always remain close in our hearts and will be missed more than words can say.
