

Beverly was born on February 27th, 1936 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Marvin and Cordie (Wiley) Jeschke. She was the middle of three children, an older sister, Luanna, and younger brother, John. She graduated from Center High School and received her nursing degree from Research Nursing School.
Beverly was married to Gilbert Schilling for 55 years. They had four children: Susan, William (who died at birth), Carolyn, and Sharon.
Besides being a registered nurse, Beverly was an accomplished seamstress for Gilbert’s upholstery and drapery business. She loved to cook for her family and she hosted every Sunday dinner as her family grew, to keep them close. One of her greatest joys was watching her children and grandchildren in their various activities. She enjoyed summer weekends spent at the lake, holiday baking days and Tuesday lunches with her girls.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert; parents, Marvin and Cordie Jeschke; brother, John; son, William.
She is survived by daughters, Susan (John) Owings of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Carolyn Roberson of Lee’s Summit, and Sharon (Bruce) Brennan of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, sister, Luanna Coose of Lockwood, Missouri, along with 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grand children.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ Colbern Road Restoration Branch, 9525 Lake Lotawanna Dr. Lee’s Summit, Missouri on January 13th, at 11:00am.
