The Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at McGilley State Line Chapel, 12301 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO. Inurnment at Leavenworth National Cemetery at 2:30 PM.
He is survived by his wife Linda Oxler, their two children, Jason (Amanda) Oxler and Jennifer Oxler, as well as two grandchildren. He is also survived by two children, Bob Oxler and Tracy Kroah, three grandchildren and one great grandchild from a previous relationship.
