Bobbie Hohensee Sumpter, 82, of Raytown, MO passed away July 23, 2017. She was born January 29, 1935 to Vernon Hohensee and June Mason Hohensee Still. She married James R. Sumpter in 1950. Bobbie was a member of DAR and VFW.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister and one brother. Survivors include three daughters, Linda (John) Clark, Kingsville, MO; Patricia (Mike) Biondi, Lake Jackson, TX; and Kathrine Caldwell of the home, three granddaughters, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 28 at her daughter’s home in Kingsville. Private burial at a later date in Climax Springs Cemetery, Climax Springs, MO.
