Bonnie Mae Cooley

Bonnie M. Cooley, 85, Lee’s Summit, MO, passed away August 19, 2016. Graveside service at 10AM on Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens-meet at the flagpole. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Gladys Renfro and Roscoe Shumate; her husband, Paul E. Cooley, Sr.; her son, Paul E. Cooley, Jr.; one brother, Gene Shumate; and one sister, Virginia Miller. Her survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Will Clark; four grandchildren, Stacey McGhee, Independence, MO; Tom Clark, Kansas City, MO; Paul Cooley III, Independence, MO; Destiny Andrews, Independence, MO; nine great grandchildren, Heather Cooley, Ashley Frye, Alexandria Morris, Nicholas Clark, Rosiland Clark, Emilynn McGhee, Aiden McGhee, Alaina Jacques, Aleigha Jacques; two great great grandchildren, Tatum DeHaan and Ava Cooley. Bonnie was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, and a loyal friend. She loved God with all her heart and was eager to spend eternity with her Lord and Savior. She loved spending time in her later years with her husband in Yuma, AZ, as snowbirds.
