Brandon was my manager for many years at Covidien. Throughout our time together he became more a friend and confidant. Brandon always had a smile on his face and could make you laugh and brighten your day, but he could also lend you a shoulder to cry on. Quick witted and very considerate he was true to his own spirit. He always spoke highly of his children and loved them the best he knew how and could. Rest in peace my friend. You are sorely missed.

I am very saddened to hear of Brandon’s passing. Brandon and I were pledge brothers at the University of Arkansas. While Brandon and I have not spoken or seen each other since graduating from college, I am deeply hurt by this news. The bonds you form with your fellow pledge brothers are strong, regardless of how much time has passed. Brandon was kind, and more importantly he treated everyone kindly. He will be missed by all. I pray for him and his family during this rough time.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Brandon's entire family and all of his amazing friends. Brandon was a great friend to me for many years after he moved to Kansas City. Up until a few years ago, I got to see him nearly weekly. He was always smiling, cracking a joke and just great a great human to be around. He would routinely pick up the phone to call me to see how I was doing and also ask how my parents and family were doing. I will miss him dearly and look forward to seeing him again some day.

Brandon was my best friend in the world. I've talked to him every weekend for the last 20 years and saw him pretty much every week every weekend up until about two years ago. I've never met anyone as funny, as smart, and as kind as him. And I never will. I will miss him dearly and there won't be a day that goes by the rest of my life that I won't think of him at least once a day. I will miss you very much my friend I hope you are at peace

My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Welch family in their time of great loss. Brandon was always the life of every Teksystems event and I’m sure he will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of calling him a friend. We met for lunch a few years ago because he wanted to talk about ways he could help me get my business off the ground, that’s just the type of person he was. I will forever remember when we laughed so hard from the stories, it would bring tears to our eyes. Rest easy my friend. See ya on the other side.

My heart goes out to the Family and extended family of Brandon Welch. He was a KE fraternity brother and my college roommate for 3 years. Loved by everyone. He taught me many things and as witnessed you cannot drink a gallon of milk in a single setting. Some of the best memories of my life were with Brandon and he will never be forgotten. My love goes out to his family and many friends.
