Carl "Joe" Grimes, 75, Kansas City, MO, passed away July 30, 2017. The Rosary will be prayed at 5:30 p.m. followed by visitation until 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 9020 E. 51st Terr., Kansas City, MO 64133. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, at the church. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Carl was a United States Navy veteran and a retired Kansas City Firefighter. He is preceded in death by his wife, JoLynn Grimes. Survivors include his sons, Jeremy and Jeffery Grimes and granddaughters, Riley and Ella Grimes.
