Carol was born on June 12, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri to David and Frances (Martinez) Conchola. Carol was a graduate of Bishop Lillis High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Andy Hernandez on June 2, 1973. She worked for Custom Color Corporation for 5 years. She loved singing, drawing, and writing short stories about her grandkids. Carol was preceded in death by her father, David Conchola, her brother, Alex 'Pudge' Conchola, and father-in-law, Joe Hernandez. She is survived by her husband, Andy, of the home; her children, Andrew "Sonny" Hernandez Jr, Jeanette Cervantes (Sal), Cristal Fielder (Mike), Melony Hernandez, and Laura Hernandez; her mother, Frances Conchola; 9 grandchildren, Alijandra, Malia, Gabriella, Caleb, Victoria, Jessica, Anthony, Salvador, and Jordan; 2 brothers, David Conchola (Debbie) and Ernest Conchola; 5 sisters, Mary Garcia (Tom), Liz Gonzales (Albert), Anna Harvey (Ken), Helen Charney (Jeff), and Trisha Montano (Julian); and 2 sisters-in-law, Vickie Conchola and Tina Conchola. “I didn't want to leave, but God called me. So celebrate my new life by being happy and always remember me. I love you all. See you in Heaven.”
