Caroline was born August 26, 1951 in Kansas City, MO. She was the daughter of Frank and Edna Lowe and sister to John Lowe and Vicki Hendricks, all of whom preceded her in death. She has one surviving sister, Phyllis Anderson, and brother-in-law Rick Anderson. She was preceded in death also by her husband, Barry Allen.
Caroline was a strong advocate of suicide prevention. She was a bookkeeper by trade and worked for both a grain company and synagogue in that capacity.
A private graveside service will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
