Cecil Pankey, 87, of Lee's Summit, Missouri, passed away June 12, 2011 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg, Missouri. There will be no services at this time. Memorial service at a later date at John Knox Village in Lee's Summit. Mr. Pankey was born November 27, 1923 in Harrisburg, Illinois, son of Cecil and Roxie (Lavender) Pankey.
