Cecil Edward Perry, 77, of Kansas City, MO passed away Sunday, December 30, 2012. Funeral service will be 11am on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the McGilley & Sheil Chapel. Burial to follow in Brooking Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Cecil was born on March 28, 1935 in Landville, WV to Arnold & Nora (Bryant) Perry. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Ella Mae Perry and a son, rusty Edward Perry, his parents and two sisters. Cecil is survived by his five children, Kathy, Terri, Ricky, Dale & Angela; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; three brothers; two sisters and many more family members as well as friends.
