

Chad is survived by his father and stepmother, Steve and Kathy Lotspeich; his son, River James Lotspeich; his brother, Scott Lotspeich; his sisters, Lucy Lotspeich, Stacy Hall, and Jennifer Henning; his aunt, Jeanne Lotspeich; his uncle and aunt, Paul Sr. and Carolyn Moore; his cousins, Paul Moore jr., Courtney Moore and Mark Moore, Jr.
Chad was preceded in death by his mother, Cynthia G. Moore; his grandparents, George and Virginia Lotspeich; his grandfather and grandmother, Lyle R. and Shirley Moore; and his uncle, Mark Moore Sr.
Chad was born July 2nd, 1975 to Steve Lotspeich and Cynthia Moore in Kansas City, Missouri. Growing up in Raytown, Chad played many sports including baseball, football and wrestling. He graduated from Raytown South High School in 1993. He was quarterback of the football team and wore his #12 proudly. Chad also participated in wrestling and golf. He medaled his senior year at state wrestling. Chad went on to study at Benedictine College, in Atchison Kansas. Chad continued his love for football by playing on Benedictines football team the Ravens. He was also number 12 in his college years.
Chad went onto become a juvenile deputy officer and then pursued a career in construction. He was able to travel to many places while doing construction and enjoyed working out of town in Texas and New York. He then worked for his Uncle Paul doing construction.
Chads pride and joy is his Son River. He was always happiest with River. Together they enjoyed working with tools, fishing, and going to deer camp. They liked watching NCIS and Walker Texas Ranger together. River is his legacy.
If you knew Chad you knew you were always up for some good bantering. Chad loved to socialize and always be the life of the party. He enjoyed being with friends and family. He was always helping friends or family with many projects. He loved OU football and was never without an OU hat. Chad was a loving father, son, brother and friend to many. He had a big heart and touched many lives. He will live on in our hearts and memories. BOOMER SOONER!
