Chuck loved sports. He coached teams for his sons and also coached Marine Corps teams. He was an avid golfer and spent a lot of time on the golf course with his wife, his two sons, and his son’s wives. He also enjoyed fishing.
Chuck was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Chuck had three passionate loves. First and foremost was his wife Doris, with whom he spent over 5 decades raising a family and enjoying life with. Second, were his two sons and their extended families. His third love was the Marine Corps. Anyone who has spent time around the Marine Corps is familiar with the phrase Semper Fidelis (Semper Fi in short) which means always faithful. That phrase defines Chuck. He was always faithful to his family and friends. While always the tough and proud Marine, he had a soft spot in his heart for his family and friends and would do anything to support them.
Thank you for blessing our lives Chuck. We miss you and we love you. Semper Fi!!
