Christine Andrea Damico

Christine A. (Beskas) Damico 71, a devoted wife, beloved sister, doting mother and Yia Yia. On July 17, 2014 she was reunited with her parents George and Esther Beskas in heaven. Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a 5:30 Trisagion on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 12001 Wornall Road. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery South. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.

She leaves behind her husband Ronnie, her son Christopher, and daughter-in-law Courtney, grandson Dominick, sister Poppee Battern, and brother-in-law Mike.

A graduate of Center High School, Christine attended Lee Crawford Academy where she was also an instructor. She was employed by Myron Green food service for several years and was currently employed by Lowe’s. Christine was a member of The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church of Kansas City. A vibrant beautiful woman who’s biggest pleasure in life was seeing others happy. Her personality was infectious and her love for family and friends was second to none. The feelings of her absence will be both painful and hard to accept. The influence that she had on each person she touched will be everlasting and remembered as one of hope, joy and love supplying each of us with the passion to live life to its fullest on the rest of our journey.
