Christopher Langley Cagle, age 36, passed away on February 25th, 2017 peacefully while surrounded by his family. Christopher was born in Overland Park, KS on February 28th, 1980 to Chris and Marilyn Cagle. Chris graduated from Blue Valley High School and continued to live in Overland Park. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Chris was a champion sporting clays shooter. He started hunting with his dad at two years old. Throughout his life he traveled to Africa and all around North America hunting big game. His smile and caring heart will be missed by all.
Preceded in death by his grandparents and uncle Peter Olarian. He is survived by his two companion dogs, Aspen and Molly; his parents Chris and Marilyn Cagle; sister Jennifer and husband Jory Bundrick; brother Richard and wife Danielle Cagle; nieces Ava Bundrick and Aria Cagle; nephew Jett Bundrick; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 2, at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd. Private graveside service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kansas City Chapter of Safari Club International, 10221 Yecker Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas 66109.
