Clare L. Combs, age 84 of Kansas City, MO, passed away August 8, 2011 at Olathe Medical Center. Clare was born December 24, 1926 in Rosedale KY to Lewis Elmer and Myrtle Alice (Parkhurst) Brewer. Clare was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Kansas City, MO.
Entombment Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2011 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2001 at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood, Kansas City, MO.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jesse M. Combs and 4 Brothers: Warren, Lee, Joe and Bill and 2 sisters: Agnes and Mary.
Clare was survived by: daughter: Charlene Cowden and husband Roger and Brother: Lewis E. Brewer, Jr. and wife Delores and many nieces and nephews and their families.
She will he missed by all the people she loved and who loved her.
