He was born on January 21, 1964, in Jackson County, MO. the son of Richard Dean and Mary Margaret (Griffin) Starr.
He was a paramedic for the Fire Dept. He was preceded in death by his wife: Janette and his mother: Mary.
He is survived by: his father: Richard Dean Starr, Granddaughter: Destanie Horrocks and several friends including: Rick and Connie Horrocks and Tammy Graham. He will be missed by his friends and family.
