Craig W. Wilson, 61, Breckenridge, MO, passed away June 5, 2017 at Mosaic Life Center, St. Joseph, MO. Visitation is from 6-8 PM Thursday, June 8th at the McGilley Antioch Chapel where funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, June 9th; burial in White Chapel Cemetery. Craig was born May 24, 1956 in Kansas City and had lived in Breckenridge since 1995. He was a deputy sheriff with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. He served with the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Dept, the Hamilton, MO Police Dept, and retired from the Gallatin Police Dept. Craig loved hunting, fishing and helping children. His nickname was “Officer Friendly”. Craig was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Joy Wilson.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; a daughter, Jennifer “Jen” Wilson; and numerous family members and friends.
