Darla McDonell, 71, of Gladstone, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019.

Darla was born on December 16, 1947 to Lyle D. and Helen L. (Zorn) McDonell in Kansas City, Missouri. She worked in the movie industry back in the 70's and later she was a Customer Service Representative for Bank of America.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister, Sharon M. Bettis and her husband Jerry Bettis, niece Helen Marie, nephews J. Brian and Jason, great-nieces Natalie, Lauren, Jordan and Bryce, great-nephews Michael, Zachary, Jeffrey and Miller. She also leaves two great-great nieces, Willow and Sloan and four great-great-nephews Bennett, Alton, Jaxson and Landon to cherish her memory. She also loved her cats which became her "children".

She is at Peace with our Lord Jesus and parents.
