David was born February 22, 1940, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a loving, Christian man. David married Marie on January 16, 1970. He worked for the Kansas City Public School District for 29 years before retiring in 2002. David loved and was loved by his family and friends, and always playful with his many grandchildren.
David was preceded in death by his wife; Marie L Nash, brothers; Richard Nash and Robert Nash, and his parents.
He is survived by his children; Kathryn Nash and Edward Nash, grandchild Lisa McCallister, 10 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
A visitation for David will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133. A funeral service will occur Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133. A graveside service will occur Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133.
