Dean M. Robinson

Dean Robinson, 59, Independence, passed away July 29, 2015. A Visitation is planned for Friday, July 31 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 1 at 10:00 AM at St Gabriel Catholic Church, 4737 N Cleveland, Kansas City. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Dean was born Jan. 8, 1956 in Kansas City, MO to Willie L. and Mary Robinson. He was a life-long resident of the area, graduating from Winnetonka High School. He worked for many years as a warehouse manager at Barr-Thorp Electric.

Preceded in death by his father, Willie, and a brother, David, he is survived by his mother, Mary; siblings Donna Pittsenbarger, Dale (Kathleen) Robinson and Doris (Anthony J.) Dapper; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
