Deborah was born September 19, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of Laverne W. and Elizabeth P. (Easter) Sudduth. She had worked in the food and beverage industry. Deborah is survived by her son Tommy J. Tomblin, Jr.; daughter Tami L.
