Debbie was born April 6, 1957, to Patricia and Gene Anderson. She was a graduate of Archbishop O'Hara High School.
Debbie spent 32 years working at Coach’s in Kansas City. She was loved by her coworkers and regulars and was known for her kind heart and her love of pugs. An avid fan of KC sports she always cheered on the Royals and Chiefs regardless of their record.
Debbie is survived by her husband Gary Nelson, her father and stepmother Gene and Jan Anderson, her brothers Phil, Greg, Steve and Todd, nephews Jake, Landon and Riley, her stepchildren Matt, Chris, Lindsay (Lindsey), James (Kate) and her grandchildren Ethan, Isaac, Lilly, Owen, Daphne, and Elle.
She was preceded in death by her mother Patricia Anderson and her niece Erica Anderson.
