Delores Maxine Davis Rains Cummings was born October 27th, 1932 in Trenton, Missouri. She passed away on March 4th 2025 in Louisburg, Kansas. Delores was a loving wife, mother grandmother and great-grandma. She worked at Fixtures Manufacturing as a computer programmer for about 15 years. She taught Sunday school to 4th and 5th graders for many years; along with running Vacation Bible School. She was on the PTA board all through Ron’s school career. Delores loved to camp with the Inde-Rays and later with Methodist groups, travel, and attend church anywhere.
She is preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Dorothy Davis, sisters Sandra Brittain and Oliva Allen, brother Roger Davis and husbands Merle Rains and John Cummings.
Delores leaves behind a son Ron (Donna) Rains, step-sons Danny (Lisa) Cumings and Randy (Michelle) Cummings. Along with grandchildren Richard (Laurie) Rains, Nancy Rains and Shay Cummings. Plus great-grandchildren Alex, Jacque, Parker, Wesley Rains, sister-in-law Betty (Roger) Davis and many nieces and nephews.
