Frank is one of the best officers in the field. He cared greatly about the fellow officer’s safety and although the county stressed him out, which may be an understatement, he gave it his all! And I say “is” one of the best instead of “was,” as I know that although gone from this place, it is a temporary separation. I am thankful that Frank and one of my best friends, Hewitt, went fishing a while back. I’ll never forget it. Till we meat again Frank, it was a great run!
