Diane was born October 5, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of Robert Scott and Rosemary (Daily) Arnold. She had worked as a dental assistant. She was preceded in death by her father and brother. Diane is survived by her mother Rosemary Hartig; husband Richard DuWayne Rhoads, Sr.; son Richard DuWayne Rhoads, Jr.; daughter Kelly N. Reynolds and husband Robbie; grandchildren Anthony, Jacob and Andrew Reynolds and Makayla Rhoads; extended family and friends.
